Although nutrition is a major factor in controlling weight, physical activity is equally important. Children who are not active are more likely to develop health problems as they progress through life. Active play helps provide a foundation for a lifetime of physical activity.
With the prevalence of Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) among children, active play becomes extremely important to their mental and physical health. They need an outlet to release excess energy. Research suggests that active play enhances brain function, and can alleviate some of the impulsiveness related to ADD. It also has a positive effect on memory and learning. Young children thrive on a balance of academics and physical activity. They flourish into confident and healthy adults when active play is integrated into their childhood development.

Know nothing about computers but want to build one?
This question is a two parter, so only the committed need apply.
Q1: I want to build a decent computer and plan on buying the parts over time. I was wondering if anyone could work me out a mid range gaming computer. My uncle told me he has a tower and a power supply for me at least. Knowing this, and that I have a budget of 800 dollars, can anyone whip me up some parts to go with it? Oh, and the power supply is 400W.
Q2: Anyone know of any good online sites that can teach me easily how to put a custom rig together?

A tad over your budget but that 400watt PSU kind of limits what video card you can run. Could use an nividia 9600GT to get under 800 but that ATI 4850 will destroy the 9600GT.
Can also save by going with only 2GBs of ram but if you're gonna do any gaming with Vista the 4GBs will help. Also used 64bit Vista cuz 64bit OSs are more stable than 32bit 64bit Vista is 10% faster than 32bit and you want DX10 for gaming. XP and DX9 are yesterday's news in gaming. ATI cards also run DX10.1 while Nvidia cards only run DX10.
I suggest a fan in front of case sucking air in and a fan in back blowing air out. Size of fan would depend on case.
Nice little build that would be uncomplicated for a first time builder and will game very very nice even playing Crysis.
All quality brand name parts.
Board doesn't have Raid or Crossfire but you wont need them. Good overclocking board and that E8400 overclocks extremely well. Should get 3.5 out of it easy with stock cooling. Most 8400s will hit 4 running exotic air.As far as building a rig does just google it and you'll find enough "build it yourself" articles to keep you reading til Xmas. If you decide on XP as an OS then put a floppy drive in because XP needs a floppy drive for the F6 install of the SATA drivers. Can use a CD or pen drive for that installing Vista.
