Solar power, wind power, hydraulic power and especially higher education for those who seek it, should be 100% free. Think of the benefit to society, if all the colleges and universities were free. We have state lotteries and game shows giving away millions of dollars each day. With all the money that the government waste, there should have more than enough left over to educate the people.
Think about the benefit to society with free education. Why is their a price on learning in the first place? Learning is a God given natural right. Those who have the most money can therefore get a better education and those who are less fortunate financially have to resort to risking their lives in the military to get the money to go to college, take out large student loans and get themselves in debt, or work a couple of low paying jobs just to live.
Getting a higher education in America for American families is not easy. It should not be this way. Free higher education in America and all over the world needs to be 100% free. This would benefit the whole world in a positive way. Don't get me wrong, higher education is not only meaning traditional colleges and universities. Higher education could be trade schools like massage therapy, barber school, welding schools, alternative medicine, etc. It is in our D.N.A. to want to learn and there should be no price to pay for knowledge.
Knowledge leads to wisdom; wisdom leads to truth; truth leads to freedom.

Want to lose the flab? Do you have a burning desire to acquire six pack abs? If you've answered yes to either question, keep reading. Six pack abs are most certainly difficult for the average person to achieve. Achieving this goal involves being emotionally and mentally strong. You have to have constant motivation to drive yourself if you do not see results right away. Remember, patience is a virtue. Good things come to those who wait.
I know people who have been working on their abs for years to gain the results they're looking for. It is a tedious process. Consistency is another key factor. I can not stress this enough, ab exercises alone are not enough to gain a six pack or even "flat abs" for that matter. You have to make sure you are eating properly and exercising. The two go hand in hand. The only way you will ever obtain a six pack is by losing body fat. This means you have to have a healthy, low calorie diet, regular cardio exercise and a strength training program for your entire body. You need all of these components on a consistent basis in order to even get close to having a six pack. Another thing that factors in are your genes. If your genes do not agree with what you want this will be a very long process for you. It is not impossible, but it will take time.
1. Stay focused - Keep your mind focused on the task at hand. There will be many distractions along the way.
2. Never give up - Whatever you do, do not give up if you are not seeing the results that you want to see. Keep pushing and eventually you will see results.
3. Be Consistent - Be repetitive with your exercises. Repetition always wins out. Think about your favorite sports team. They are champions for a reason. Often times, it is because of consistency.
4. Be prepared mentally - This may be a long process so prepare yourself mentally. Keep yourself motivated.
Your meal schedule should look something like this:
8 a.m - Breakfast
11 a.m. - Snack
1 p.m. - Lunch
4 p.m. - Snack
6 p.m. - Dinner
9 p.m. - Snack
Repeat this process on a daily basis until you reach your results. You will get full by eating at least 6 times per day. This will maximize the overall satisfaction of your stomach. Remember that you want to stay full so that you will not be tempted to eat.
Remember that all things are possible. Despite what anyone says, keep pushing. This is your task. This is your work. There may be criticism. They will definitely be a lot of sweat and possibly some tears. This will only make the end result so much better. You will accomplished something on your own. Something you can take pride in. Your self esteem should eventually sky rocket as you now have your much anticipated six pack abs. Now get out and work off that flab. Get your six pack!
With this in mind, I am suggesting the purchase of The Truth About Six Pack Abs I have completed an extensive research of the author. He is a credible source. The product is great. It promotes losing weight naturally. This is no doubt the most comprehensive weight loss book I have ever read. This book is for everybody who wants six pack abs or needs to lose weight and flatten their stomach.

I've been into writing lately and i need help? ?
Alright, I've been really into Rick Riordan's Lightning Thief series and Paolini's Eragon series and i've been real encouraged to write something. Whenever i try to write a plot, during the thinking process i find my mind wandering over to those books and taking what happened but writing it differently... Any tips on keep my mind focused and creating my own unique plot?
Thanks!
also, I'm intrigued by fantasy (you know the classics like swords and bows and dragons, etc.) just thought that might help.
Cool! I love to write too, and I have read the Eragon series too. That's strange, ideas pop into my head without me even thinking....But, I'll try to relate to you.
First, you should think about all the plot lines of the books you love, and try to make one of your own. For instance, the story I'm writing now, the main character is basically the villain-And she isn't evil, but slowly changes over the influence of all the bad things that happen. When she discovers what is happening to her mind, she accepts it. Even though she is actually very intelligent, and perfers not to be evil nor good.
Try to think up something unique, no matter how small it is. Making the main character into a villain was fun for me. xD Simply, you should first create a setting-Your own world. If you keep making it too much like a book, you need to erase out using a factor-Like magic or dragons. Maybe making it like a 19th century book, but making it have a touch of fantasy.
Uhh, I can't think up much for now, and I don't think I gave very good advice. My mind can easily think up ideas, and I just stuff them into a plot.

So you have seen a barge for sale or are thinking maybe to buy a houseboat converted from a Dutch barge? I couldn't recommend it enough! There are a lot of Dutch barges for sale, and you will see a lot of converted barges and houseboats on the market. Careful consideration should determine the size and standard of barges for sale that you will be ideally looking at. If you are not sure about the size of vessel you want that will suit you. Find a house on the market that basically meets your requirements - or use your present abode, then work out what the living space is in square metres. Then compare it to the hull size of the Dutch barge or houseboat for sale. Double the living space on a houseboat should the superstructure be built up to accommodate an extra floor. This will give a good indication of what to expect. From experience, I would say that for a live aboard houseboat with a standard 3 m beam one would be looking at a minimum of a 17 - 21 metre vessel for 2 people. You would want the wheelhouse to be comfortably converted to double as a permanent deck saloon; it would be quite cosy however. This would equate loosely to a 2 bedroom flat. I own a 30 meter Luxe motor with a wide 5 meter beam with living space almost end to end. This equates to a 3 bedroom house - with utility room and office space, and at a fraction of the cost !
This is not supposed to be an exhaustive history lesson, but a brief run down on barge types, their origins and what to look for. Hopefully sparking some interest in the barge history or houseboat for sale that you maybe looking at. Today's main use for the Dutch barge is for tourist canal cruises, static hotels, houseboats or recreational cruising.
Superficially, many barges look broadly similar. The main canal barge types are luxe motor, tjalk and klipper which are readily identified by the shape of the hull. The early Dutch styles were sailing vessels, being the tjalk and the klipper, which were abandoned as non competitive working vessels in the 1960's. The the Luxe motor popularity boomed in the 1920's with the advent of the steam engine that eventually went over to diesel in the 1940's.
These basic barge types varied greatly to the well practiced eye, depending where they were built and in what region of Holland they were to be used in. Very simplistically, large barges were built for large waterways, serving towns and cities and smaller barges for small waterways servicing villages where the canals were restricted and there was less draught. Barges for the large inland seas look more like a freighters and their hull designs greatly tweaked to cope with open sea type conditions, increased engine size and greater loads, but you can still recognise their pedigree. The 1970's saw the demise of the Luxe motor and traditional barges in general, when it was recognised that pushing loaded (dumb) barges was far more efficient. Now you see huge floating powerhouses pushing loads weighing anything up to 3000 tons, rather than a traditional engined Freycinet 38 metre vessel transporting 375 tons.
Since the 1970's, people have recognised the advantages of converted canal barges, many vessels have been saved from the scrap heap for a comfortable alternative way to live, and also to facilitate the booming tourist trade in the form of static hotel barges, or for canal cruises. For the recreational boating enthusiast there are even boat builders that sell compact Luxe Motor replicas, easily manageable, with state of the art equipment and facilities; but not normally on the same scale as you will find with an original vessel.

After going through a hard core recession like the one we just had, it's hard to figure out where the bottom actually is or was to get a bearing on what you should do next. Some who succeed in such times or guess the right time to get back in, are victims of tragedy or successful because of dumb luck. And speaking of this topic, not long ago someone asked me a rather interesting question about where I thought our economy was on or about Tax Day 2010.
Here is what I told them, when they asked me; "so, do you really think that this economy is improving at all?" Needless to say, it probably doesn't matter as much about what I think as about what the consumers think (consumer confidence levels) and the small business community thinks. And then since we are tied to the global economy we have to look at many factors. So, is the economy really improving?
It depends on which part of the economy you are talking about, Wall Street is up, employment is lousy, and the folks who decide when the "Great Recession" actually ended or if it has are heming and ha'ing about it, stating that we need two-positive quarters, but in reality all we have is mixed numbers and the government is playing with the statistics attempting to prop-up consumer confidence.
Luckily things like air-cargo, train freight, and global shipping are up, and the demand for oil reached the highest level to date. Mining is way up, gold is up (???), which could mean either good or bad. We have George Soros screaming that Greece needs better interest rates for its bonds or the EU will fold (and some ridiculous research study saying there is 122 trillion cu ft. of natural gas in Eastern Mediterranean, that's convenient timing? Wonder if it's true?
We have China claiming that it suffered a trade deficit in March of 2010 and therefore will not adjust currency (whose numbers are they looking at), again highly suspect, totally seasonal, almost irrelevant, and that was during their New Year's holiday season. Also, we have the IMF going to up its funds 500 Billion dollars in case of global meltdown double dip, we have evidence that the FED saved the EU behind the scenes with 462 Billion out of no-where, which no one knows, and it's not to be the World's Lender of Last Resort.
We have China hording rare earth minerals, (all the while increasing tariffs on Russian and US steal) and bidding 4.6 Billion for the Canadian Tar Sands (which could only be profitable at global market rates of $100 per barrel) and China raised the fuel prices there 4.6% and yet, they say their currency is a proper value with the real inflation there, wow, ouch?
We have Greely Automaker in China posting a significant profit last quarter and eye'ing the US for hybrid cars. And the Chinese will not talk about the $1 trillion dollars (USD) in bad loans they made last year, that whole thing is an economic time bomb, looks like a bubble to me from real estate across the board in all their industries. But no one knows for sure, and it's all tied to so many other aspects too.
And we have AIG selling aircraft in its aircraft leasing division, for $2.6B reading to pay back more TARP funds, but at the same time we see that Morgan Stanley is in big trouble in its real estate fund (66% losses), no one looking at the accounting of it all, and we see Lehman Brothers pulled an Enron trick with off-balance sheet companies before their collapse of $80B see ya out the door, what else is hanging in the wind?
Meanwhile Freddie and Fannie need a spanking for all that nonsense, and the Obama administration wants to saddle us with more debt, having his Democrat friends in Congress bad mouth Greenspan on the nightly news for stating the obvious; "I believe we will see the economy continue to recover, but we have to watch out for deficit spending, and lingering unemployment." Yep, of course, but is anyone listening to this obvious advice? Then we had some know-it-all online business writer state; "My mother could run this country better than the Obama Administration."
Oh great! What does it all mean? Your guesstimate is as good as mine, or close anyway?
